I take a holistic approach to training.

It’s not one size fits all when it comes to training. We discuss what you want to achieve. I take into account whether we are working with injury or limited mobility and plan your training around it.

I bring everything I know to the table. I am a graduate from Kettlebell Coach University I & II (KBCU) which taught me how to take my kettlebells skills to the next level and how to train like an athlete, which in turn I bring to my training. I also have a 300-hour Anusara Yoga Certifictaion. As well as, a 200-hour Nosara Yoga Institute Yoga Certification in Interdisciplinary and Self-Awakening Yoga. I have a Blue Belt in Kickboxing. And studied Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and Kali (Weapons) at Anderson’s Martial Arts Academy. I have a Certification in TRX (Suspension Training). I have worked with some of the best trainers in the business for the last 10 years, who taught me, healed me and made me strong. And I’ve been surfing for 15+ years so we can work on surf-specific training.
